LynLake Bus Stop Mural - Seeking Feedback!
Local artist, Mandel Cameron, has been selected to design a bus stop mural through the Better Bus Stops and Public Art in Transit program. The artist aims to design a mural that creates a sense of place and community identity at the bus stop - fill out the survey to provide your feedback on proposed design elements.
Black plastic will be phased out under Green To Go
The Green To Go ordinance addresses recyclable and compostable to-go containers for food.
Black plastics have been allowed under Green To Go. However, it will be phased out.

HF 3028 would boost the capacity of organizations like the Lake Street Council
We believe that HF 3028 will foster a stronger, more flexible approach to economic development by expanding the capacity of local community and business groups across each commercial corridor through direct funding allocations, which enables recovery and revitalization to be driven at the local level by local partners. One of these community partners would be the Lake Street Council, which HF 3028 identifies as being a potential recipient of a $10.85 million allocation.
