This workshop is the first of a 4-part workshop series part of Demystifying Business Growth: Sales, Marketing, Advertising & Brand Positioning. It is not required to attend all four parts.
In this workshop, Monicat Data will establish a clear understanding of how brand positioning forms the foundation for marketing, sales, and advertising efforts—and why without it, all else falls flat.

What is brand positioning and why it matters
Understanding your audience’s purpose, motivations, and needs
Defining your brand voice, value proposition, and unique advantage
Drafting your positioning statement and audience personas
Participants will leave with a working brand positioning statement and an audience map that informs future marketing efforts.
