This workshop is the first of a 4-part workshop series part of Demystifying Business Growth: Sales, Marketing, Advertising & Brand Positioning. It is not required to attend all four parts.
In this workshop, Monicat Data will establish a clear understanding of how brand positioning forms the foundation for marketing, sales, and advertising efforts—and why without it, all else falls flat.
Topics will include:
- What is brand positioning and why it matters 
- Understanding your audience’s purpose, motivations, and needs 
- Defining your brand voice, value proposition, and unique advantage 
- Drafting your positioning statement and audience personas 
Participants will leave with a working brand positioning statement and an audience map that informs future marketing efforts.
