Description
City of Minneapolis Health Department Sustainability, Healthy Homes and Environment released a Request for Proposals (RFP) on April 12, 2023, for the 2023 Green Zones community projects. The Green Zones community projects funding provides resources for community-led projects that implement the goals and strategies articulated in the Northside Green Zone Work Plan or Southside Green Zone Work Plan. View this map to see if your community is in a Green Zone.
As part of the 2023 Green Zones community projects, participating individuals or organizations will receive up to $5,000 or $10,000, respectively, to support the implementation of a project that advances environmental justice and aligns with the goals and strategies articulated in the Northside Green Zone Work Plan or Southside Green Zone Work Plan.
