Minnesota's new Paid Leave program took effect January 1, 2026. A coalition of seven South Minneapolis neighborhood and business organizations is ready to support you — in English, Spanish, and Somali.

Education & Workshops

Workshops and learning sessions in English, Spanish, and Somali — covering what the program requires, what options are available, and how to get your business ready. Sessions are held at accessible locations throughout South Minneapolis. Dates and time announced soon.

Outreach & Awareness

Our teams canvass the Lake Street, Nicollet, Lyndale, Bloomington, and Franklin corridors door-to-door. We also share information through newsletters, social media, WhatsApp groups, and local and cultural media outlets.

One-on-One Technical Assistance

Get direct, personalized support from multilingual staff — at your business, at our offices, or wherever works for you. We'll help you understand your options and meet requirements.
