Novarum Development Partners is hosting a Community Engagement Meeting regarding the proposed Iconic Plaza at 2701 Wells Fargo Way, Minneapolis, MN 55467, on Wednesday, October 21, 6:00 - 8:00 pm inside the auditorium at 2701 Wells Fargo Way.
The project proposes to redevelop the site into a mixed-use destination featuring housing, healthcare, retail, education, office, and other community-serving uses. The development is largely focused on the existing buildings, but a minimum of 370 new housing units are planned to be built on the site in a range of unit sizes. The overall goal is to make the redevelopment community-oriented, but one that also creates a vibrant live-work-learn environment that serves both residents and the broader Minneapolis community.
