Great news for our community! Seven Lake Street area businesses are now part of MNimize, Waste Wise and Hennepin County's awesome program helping food-service businesses reduce single-use plastics.

What's MNimize? It's a FREE program that:

  • Helps businesses transition away from single-use plastics

  • Offers rebates up to $1,000 for compostable or reusable alternatives

  • Has already prevented over 1 MILLION single-use plastic items from hitting landfills—that's a mountain of forks, straws, and cups saved!
