The City of Minneapolis plans to build on Nicollet Ave between Cecil Newman Lane and Lake Street, and develop a high-density, mixed-use walkable district on the remainder of the site. The project represents a once-in-a-generation opportunity to help reshape the future of the site and contribute to a higher quality of life for the people who live and work in this area.
