This workshop is the third of a 4-part workshop series part of Demystifying Business Growth: Sales, Marketing, Advertising & Brand Positioning. It is not required to attend all four parts.

In this workshop, Monicat Data will define sales as the act of building relationships and delivering tailored solutions, not just closing deals or cold outreach.

Topics will include:

  • Sales vs. Marketing – what makes them distinct but interconnected

  • Mapping your customer journey and aligning your sales process

  • Building a warm pipeline: lead generation and follow-up techniques

  • CRM systems (HubSpot, Airtable) and tracking templates

Participants will leave with a mapped sales pipeline and follow-up script templates.
