Southeast Asian and Immigrant/Refugee Small Business Stabilization Grant

Small business stabilization grants are now open. Southeast Asian and immigrant/refugee business owners can apply for up to $5,000 in short-term relief. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis based on need and impact. These grants are administered by Hmong American Partnership (HAP).

Who can apply?

  • Southeast Asian and Immigrant/Refugee business owners

  • Small businesses with a physical location

  • Active Minnesota business registration

  • Proof of business income. Submit one:

    • 2024 Business Tax Return

    • 2025 financials with 90 days of bank statements

Review Details:

  • Flexible application options

  • Language or format will not affect the review

  • Applications reviewed based on need & impact and on a rolling basis
