Salt Cure Fund - Round One
The Salt Cure Fund is a fund of the Minneapolis Foundation, focused on supporting Minnesota's restaurant community.
Applications for the initial Salt Cure Fund grant round are open now until February 23, 2026, with priority to small, independent restaurants in the seven-county Twin Cities metro area of Minnesota. Future rounds may be scheduled as funding allows. As of February 16th, grants are expected to be between $2,500 - $10,000.
