MN Promise Act Round 2 Deadline Extended!
The original deadline to start your Round 2 MN PROMISE Act Twin Cities application was December 14, but because funding is still available, they are now accepting applications on a rolling basis until the funds run out.
E-Bike Grants Available for Businesses
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency has a funding opportunity available for the purchase of e-bikes for commercial use. Eligible uses include local delivery of goods and services to customers or other businesses.

Hennepin County is offering Business Recycling Grants to help organizations reduce waste while saving money.
Waste Wise Available to Support in Hennepin County Now
Businesses and nonprofits in Hennepin County can partner with Waste Wise to access grants for recycling and organic recycling bins and other waste reduction projects. Recycling rates increase dramatically when there is a recycling bin placed next to every trash can. Taking the time to make these changes is worth it since commercial organizations pay a 38.5% tax on waste in Hennepin County, but recycling and organic recycling are tax free.
MN Promise Act West Lake Expansion
Phase 1 of the MN Promise Act Grant applications closed on June 30th. Phase 2 will expand the eligible boundaries and is expected to open in August or September of this year.
MN Promise Act Grant Program
The first round of MN PROMISE Act grants will open on June 3, 2024. Applicants will have until June 30, 2024 to submit.
